It only takes one ant to find a food source in the home or work place and then it communicates with it’s co-workers which in turn results in an infestation. Control is only necessary when ants are invading or occasionally living in the premises. This is achieved by using a residual spray or dust on the areas where the ants are accessing the building. A cement or mastic can also additionally be used to seal entry holes thus preventing re-entry from other ants.
